H.C.S (Judicial Branch) Examination – 2012 HPSC

RECRUITMENT TO SUBORDINATE JUDICIAL SERVICE COMMITTEE(PUNJAB & HARYANA HIGH COURT) Through Haryana Public Service Commission,Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4,invites applications from eligible candidatesfor 72 posts (52 actual posts and 20 anticipated posts) of Civil Judge (Junior Division). The
category wise break-up of vacancies is as under: (These vacancies are included newly created, existing and anticipated vacancies in the cadre upto 31.03.2013)

Essential Qualifications: 
No person shall be eligible to be appointed a Civil Judge (Junior Division)unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by thelaw and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India.The expression “Degree of Bechalor of Laws” means a degree entitling acandidate to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocate Act, 1961, and the rulesmade there under.The candidate  should  hold a degree of Bachelor of Law on the last date of receipt of application form i.e. 17.01.2013.

Application form
(i) On cash payment:
acknowledgement card and an envelope for sending application can be obtained fromthe office of Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No. 1-10, Block - B, Sector -4, Panchkula on cash payment at the counter from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM on all working days at the following rates:-6
1 : For Male of General category including Dependent Son of ESM  & General/all reservedcategories of other State of Haryana.
Colour of Form : Pink,  Cost of Form : ` 1000/-
For Female of General category of all states and Dependent Daughters of  ESM of Haryana Only.
Colour of Form : Orange, Cost of Form : ` 250/-
3 Male & Female of SC/BC and  ESM of Haryana only.
Colour of Form :  Green, Cost of Form :` 250/-
4 Male & Female of PH (with atleast 40% disability) categories of Haryana only.
Colour of Form : Green,  Cost of Form : Free of Cost
(ii) Through Postal Services:
The application form (OCR Sheet) can be obtained through post from  the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission,  Bays No. 1-10, Block-B,  Sector-4, Panchkula, (Phone No. 0172-2560755) by remitting  the fees as stated abovethrough Indian Postal Orders or Bank Drafts (from any branch of Scheduled Bank of India) payable to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission at Panchkula with self addressed envelop of 24x11 cm.  size duly stamped worth  ` 50/- for registered post at least 10 days prior to the closing date, otherwise office will not be responsible for supplying the application form well in time. The candidate must write his name, address in block letters, name of the post for which application form is required and category of form i.e. General including Dependent Son / Daughter of ESM of Haryana and another for reserved category. No application form will be supplied to a candidate who does not remit the full prescribed cost of application form and envelop as stated above. No extra fee, other than the cost of application form and envelop as stated above, will be required to be paid along with the application form.
Submission of Application Form:
Candidates should ensure that the duly filled application forms for admission to the  Preliminary Examination must reach Commission’s office at Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula by post or by personal delivery by close of office working on or before the closing date i.e. 17.01.2013 (24.01.2013 for applicants from forward remote areas) failing which these will not be accepted. The Haryana Public 7 Service Commission will not be responsible for any delay on the part of Postal Department or Courier Agency and all the applications received after the closing date will be rejected outrightly Incomplete and unsigned application forms shall render the candidates ineligible.
Impotent Instruction 
1. Indian Postal Orders / Bank Drafts issued before the date of publication of this advertisement or after the closing date will not be accepted.
2. The eligibility of candidates with regards to age and educational qualifications will be determined as on 17.01.2013.
3. Refund of cost of application forms will not be allowed in any case.
4. Detailed Instructions  regarding examination, syllabus for Main Examination, eligibility, relaxation in age and other general terms and conditions applicable to the candidates will be supplied along with the application forms (OCR Sheets).
